Hospitality Management Diploma with Co-op

The 12 course program is provided via classroom, computer assisted learning, tutoring and applicable activities (ie guest speakers, field trips). The curriculum and training methodology ensures graduates acquire the knowledge, skills and fundamental experience needed work successfully in a range of hospitality/ tourism careers. The program also includes a coop work experience.

Upon completing all the requirements for graduation students will receive two Diplomas:

• Hospitality Management Diploma from the College.
• Hospitality Management Diploma from the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA)
• Certificate of Specialization for Rooms Divisionfrom the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA)

5. Managing Front Office Operations
6. Managing Housekeeping Operations
7. Managing Hospitality Human Resources
8. Hospitality sales and marketing
9. Hospitality Facilities Management and Design
10. Security and Loss Prevention Management
11. Managing Service in Food and Beverage Operations
12. Hotel and Restaurant Accounting

Each course 80 hours.
Total 960 hours.
