Graduates of this program will be prepared for a variety hospitality / tourism positions in a broad range of settings: for example, hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants, casinos, convention centres and cruise ships, tourism services and so forth.

Admission Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Evidence of IELTS 5.5 or above or equivalent or student can take the College's language proficiency exam.

Course Description

The 12 course program is provided via classroom, computer assisted learning, tutoring and applicable activities (ie guest speakers, field trips). The curriculum and training methodology ensures graduates acquire the knowledge, skills and fundamental experience needed work successfully in a range of hospitality/ tourism careers. The program also includes a coop work experience.

Upon completing all the requirements for graduation students will receive two Diplomas:

  • Hospitality Management Diploma from the College.
  • Hospitality Management Diploma from the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA)
  • Certificate of Specialization for Rooms Divisionfrom the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA)
