This program is offered in collaboration with the ‘American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute”. Widely recognized as the preeminent leader in hospitality certification, the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) certifies hospitality professionals in all facets of the hospitality, hotel and tourism industry.
Graduates of this program will be prepared for a variety hospitality / tourism positions in a broad range of settings: for example, hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants, casinos, convention centres and cruise ships, general tourism services and so forth.
At least 18 years of age.
Evidence of IELTS 5.5 overall or equivalent or student can take the College's language proficiency exam.
The 8 course program is provided via classroom, computer assisted learning, tutoring and applicable activities (ie guest speakers, field trips). The curriculum and training methodology ensures graduates acquire the knowledge, skills and basic experience needed work successfully in hospitality/ tourism management.
Upon completing all the requirements for graduation students will receive two Diplomas:
